| The diaphragm pump must be used, although the problem remains as regards check valve seats, particularly if there are also impurities in the liquid to be pumped. These particles may be blocked on the seat momentarily and cut into it due to the abrasive liquid flowing back and forth. DKM has developed inserts in the seats to take this phenomenon into account and restore tightness through a flattening effect once the impurities have been removed. | |
