Combining the advantages of volumetric pumps together with the seal-less nature of diaphragms, zero leakage diaphragm pumps offer the best solution to many pumping needs when pumping conditions and fluids are difficult or hazardous.

A wide range of materials is available for the dosing head as well as for the diaphragms to meet the requirements of the process fluid.

Safety: Double diaphragm containment with intermediate liquid (initial patent by DKM). Adjustable safety valve to prevent overpressure.

Reliability: The mechanical compensation and refill mechanism : Diaphragm distress is minimised increasing operational life.
Diaphragm leakage protection : Sandwich diaphragm or Resistivity probe
In accordance with API 675 standards.

A competitive option

Plunger dosing heads offer the best performance/price ratio for fairly neutral products or high pressures, above 200 bar. DKM proposes, as a standard, stainless steel for parts in contact with the fluid . Pistons might also be coated (chrome oxyde or ceramic coated)
